PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Marie has lived in the Santa Cruz mountains since 1974, and
moved to California from Minnesota in 1970. She has been working
with Dr. Frandle since 1984.
Married since 1969, she and her husband, John, enjoy living "off
the grid" and have built two solar-powered homes themselves.
Presently, they share the home with Max the Pekingese, Beefcake
the kitty, and Ritzel the Irish Setter, Teddy the shepherd mix,
plus assorted doves, pigeons and quail...
Her current favorite activities include yoga, skiing, gardening,
traveling, relaxing, and cruizin' in their restored 1964 Pontiac
GTO, the "time machine." Marie volunteers at the David
Bruce winery, where she is expanding her knowledge of wines. Marie
and John volunteered their efforts in the fall of 1999 to the Esther
Honey Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to caring for
the animals of the Cook Islands, in the South Pacific.
