If your pet has a serious condition that requires major surgery
such as a splenectomy (to remove a ruptured spleen), enterotomy
(to remove a foreign object such as a tennis ball), or ear resection
(open ear canal on chronically infected ear) you can be assured
that our team of veterinarians and technicians will take the best
care with your pet before, during and after the surgery.
Each surgical patient is evaluated by the veterinarian
for anesthetic risk prior to surgery. And in every surgery a technician
monitors anesthesia using all of the equipment mentioned as well
as their trained eyes and ears.
We believe in pain management for our patients,
and provide post-operative analgesia. Educating our clients on post-operative
home care is emphasized.
