In an effort to minimize exposure to both our employees and clients, we have closed our lobby to clients.
- When you arrive for your pet’s scheduled appointment, please call us from your car.
- A technician will come out to take their medical history and then take your pet into the hospital.
- After your pet has been examined, the veterinarian will call you back to review any findings and discuss any recommendations.
- You will then be transferred to a receptionist to make payment and your pet will be brought back out to you.
Please do not leave the parking lot when we have your pet in the hospital for their exam. Also, be available to answer your cell phone as the doctor or other staff may be trying to reach you.
