Following college in San Diego, Dr. Neal earned Master’s degree at Stanford in Education and taught high school biology in Millbrae, Chicago, and Boston. After seven years of teaching, Dr. Neal decided to pursue her childhood passion of becoming a veterinarian. She attended veterinary school at the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr Neal’s professional interests include feline medicine and preventative care. Her most treasured aspect of the job is the quality relationships she builds with her clients and their animals. Having found a love for cats at an early age, Dr. Neal has a passion for feline medicine and surgery. She is an active member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, and strives continually to improve the experience for all feline patients who visit the clinic.
Dr. Neal is married to Bay Area native and has two very active children. When she isn’t in the office, she is busy playing with her son and daughter, helping at their school, and caring for her wonderfully patient cats, Whiskey and Kia. She is also a proud caretaker for a bearded dragon named Coach.
